Phantom Pass – Terms & Conditions

1.) Phantom Pass Tickets guarantee you priority entry up to 11:30pm.
This is on a first come first served basis. If you arrive after your curfew, your wristband is still valid however you will have to queue. To be clear: On some nights, we operate in multiple venues where your tickets are valid but to avoid disappointment, please arrive to your first choice party as early as you can. Some of the most popular events can open as early as 10pm.
2.) Phantom Pass’ are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.) Phantom Pass’ are available to persons over 18s only.
4.) Photo ID (such as passport or drivers license) is required at all events.
5.) The venue management reserves the right to refuse admission.
6.) We reserve the right to change the programme of events.
